試验(yàn)台(tái)性(xìng)能(néng)參數：
（1）最(zuì)大(dà)負壓：-25kPa；
（2）壓力控制精度(dù)：±0.1KPa；
（3）流量(liàng)測試精度(dù)±0.1L/min;
